At Falcon Aviation Engineering our skilled craftsmen take leather, wool and carpeting and transform it into an aircraft interior masterpiece. We begin with a complete inspection of the aircraft interior. Our interior technicians completely remove all interior components and thoroughly inspect not only the seating and panels, but the entire interior of the airframe.

The seating, side panels and interior components are reupholstered according to customer specifications using the finest available materials that have been tested to meet the appropriate EASA/FAA required certification. Components are repaired as needed and all moving parts are checked and lubricated before re-assembly. If the cabinetry surfaces are in disrepair, they can be re-laminated or have real wood veneers with high gloss finishes applied by our skilled craftsman.

Our Economy interior is for the budget minded owner / operator who demands the high quality without compromising the budget. This interior option is ideal for flight schools and some Light aircraft where high durability is required. The Economy Interior features quality vinyl leather and cloth for the main materials, and nylon carpeting.
At Falcon Aviation Engineering we re-foam your aircraft in multi-density foams of various materials depending on what you want. However, we work hand in hand with people who produce the finest foam and latex cushions which can be tailor made for your aircraft thus you are sure that what you choose is going to be good quality material. The first step involves removing all existing upholstery such as seats, carpet and sidewalls. We then inspect all material and mechanics of the seats to see that everything is in order. If something is not up to standard we notify you of the new parts required including their prices before installing so then you will have no surprises when the job is done.
